Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 4 nos brown bread slice


  • 1 1/2 cups parboiled and finely chopped carrots


  • 1/4 cups boiled and slightly mashed green peas


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chillies


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt- to taste

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds start to crackle add green chillies, carrots, green peas and salt.
  • Stir the combination and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Spread this mixture on the 2 bread slices accordingly and cover it with remaining blood slices.
  • Cut it into two and you can top it with sauce before tasting.
